"I found Spark Hire to be extremely user friendly and I felt comfortable recording the first portion of my interview on video so that the hiring team can review my recording before deciding to move forward in the hiring process. I appreciate that Spark provides you with the opportunity to re-record if you need to do so. Each question is presented to the candidate with enough time for you to have the time to read the question and feel well prepared to respond," Jasmin shared, underscoring the thoughtful nature of UCF's recruitment approach.

"I appreciated UCF's extra touch in the process with a warm and inviting video message from a Human Resources representative explaining the process," she continued. "This stood out to me, as I found it to be so refreshing to see a representative from HR in the process. Experiencing those important details from UCF, showed me early on that this is an institution that invests time and energy in producing high quality efforts to recruit and retain the best employees because UCF gives their best and are thoughtful to the employees’ overall experience."

"UCF has been one of the best onboarding processes I have experienced in a long time," Jasmin stated.
